2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every agreement between Maison Cœur and you as a consumer. They are available here before you order, and you can save or print this page.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Obvious errors and typos do not bind us.

4. Your order

The agreement comes into effect once we have confirmed your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, for example — we let you know as soon as possible and refund anything you have already paid.

5. Payment

You pay at the time of ordering, using one of the methods offered at checkout: iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us. Allow up to 10 days; most orders arrive sooner. If we cannot deliver within 30 days you may cancel the agreement and we refund you in full. Full details are on our Shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. How that works, what condition items must be in, who pays the return postage and the model withdrawal form are all set out on our Returns page.

8. Conformity

We deliver goods that meet the agreement and the specifications on the product page. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under Dutch law. Contact us and we will sort it out.

9. Complaints

If something is not right, email maisoncoeur7@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days. If we need longer, we tell you when you can expect an answer.

You may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photography and text on this website belong to Maison Cœur. Using them without our written permission is not allowed.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement between us. Nothing here affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
