Returns & right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to return

Returns are handled on request, not automatically. Email maisoncoeur7@gmail.com with your order number and which items you want to send back. We confirm and send you the return details.

Please do not send anything back before you have that confirmation — unannounced returns can go missing and we cannot process them.

Once you have told us, you have another 14 days to actually send the items back.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. You may try a piece on the way you would in a shop. If something comes back showing more use than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return costs

The cost of returning your order is yours. We do not include a prepaid return label. That is a deliberate choice: every parcel that travels back and forth has a footprint, and we would rather you order the right size once. Size guidance is on every product page — if you are unsure, ask us before you order and we will help you pick.

Keep your proof of postage until your refund has come through.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you paid with. We also refund the standard delivery cost from your original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.

We may hold the refund until your return has reached us, or until you show proof that you have sent it.

Something wrong with your order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time of noticing. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right — your statutory rights on faulty goods always apply, and those costs are on us.
