Delivery time

Allow up to 10 days for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. Demand for Chapter 04 has run ahead of what we planned for, so part of the collection comes straight from a fresh production run.

You get a track & trace link by email the moment your parcel is on its way.

• €6,95 on orders below €80

Where we ship

We ship across the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the European Union. Rates outside the Netherlands are shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address

Check your address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will send it again once the new shipping cost has been settled.

Check the track & trace link first, and with your neighbours. If it still has not turned up, email maisoncoeur7@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
