Who else sees your data

We only share what is necessary, with parties that help us run the shop:

  • Shopify — our webshop platform, which hosts the store and stores order data
  • Payment providers — to process your payment
  • Carriers — to deliver your parcel
  • Email tools — to send order confirmations and, if you signed up, our newsletter

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Everything else: no longer than we need it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — your cart, your session, security. It may also use cookies for analytics and marketing. You choose which of those you allow, and you can change your mind at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent whenever you like.

If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The site runs over a secure connection and we only work with providers that meet the same standard. If a data breach ever affects you, we tell you.
